Why does the AI Persona voice sound different?
This article reviews why an AI Persona voice may sound different in various simulations.
Over time, AI voice vendors used by Call Simulator will deprecate a voice. Whenever that happens, Call Simulator, Inc. will source a similar sounding voice and replace accordingly.
Other times, the AI Persona voice may not be performing up to standards and responds with an utterance which is unintelligible. In this case, please contact Support@CallSimulator.com and provide the following information:
- Scenario Name or Scenario ID Number
- Simulation ID Number
- Date of the Simulation
- Your tenant name
- Your organization name
- The utterance that was unintelligible
