System Requirements

This article details the minimum system requirements to properly run Call Simulator.

 

NOTE: Call Simulator is not for use on tablets or smartphones.

 

Should you have issues accessing the Call Simulator app, please double check the following:

 

Hardware:

- CPU: Intel Core i3 or higher

- RAM: At least 4GB

- Hard Drive: At least 20GB of free space 

- USB/Wired headset with mic (strongly recommended)

 

Operating Systems:

- Windows 10 or higher

- Mac OS Sierra 10.12 or higher

- Linux Ubuntu 18.04 or higher

 

Browsers:

- Google Chrome

- Mozilla Firefox

- Microsoft Edge (Chromium based)

 

Access:

- A reliable, high-speed internet connection is required.

- Bandwidth of at least 2Mbps.

- Whitelist app.callsimulator.com.

- *.callsimulator.com (recommended for pop-up blocker whitelisting as well)

- Whitelist ScribeHow.com (Call Simulator knowledge base leverages ScribeHow in parts)
