Navigating Scenario Studio: Video Walkthrough Series
Included herein are walkthrough videos for the steps involved in creating Scenarios. This series is for those Call Simulator users who have the applicable roles and permissions to create Scenarios to be simulated by Call Simulator users.
Below are the steps for creating a Scenario for simulation by Call Simulator users. If you do not have access to Scenario Studio and you believe you should have access to Scenario Studio, please reach out to your trainer or supervisor. Call Simulator Support Team cannot adjust your role and applicable permissions without a direct request from your tenant's primary point of contact.
