Is PII or PHI redacted and replaced when importing an audio file?
This article contains information regarding redaction and replacement process when importing an audio file to create a new Scenario.
For users with access to Scenario Studio, a new Scenario may be created via importing an audio file (WAV or MP3). When importing an audio file (navigate to Scenario Studio, click on Create New Scenario, click on Import), your audio file goes through a redaction program, identifying any PII and replacing any PII. After importing the audio file, you may manually edit the conversation section as you see fit.
