I cannot see Available Content on my Home Page. It does not look like there is anything on the page under Playlist or Scenarios. Why?

This article reviews a few of the reasons why a Call Simulator user may not see any Playlists or Scenarios in the Available Content area on the Home page of Call Simulator.

You may have an issue with your screen resolution. Try adjusting the zoom within your browser as follows:

  • In Microsoft Edge, click on the three dots located in the top right corner of your browser. Reduce your Zoom by clicking on the minus button. Check to see if the Available Content library comes into view.
  • In Firefox, click on the three lines (hamburger icon) in the top right corner of your browser. Reduce your Zoom by clicking on the minus button. Check to see if the Available Content library comes into view.
  • In Chrome, click on the three dots in the top right corner of your browser. Reduce your Zoom by clicking on the minus button. Check to see if the Available Content library comes into view.

Additionally, Playlists and Scenarios listed under each respective area within the Available Content library on the Home page depends on both your specific user role as well as the current status of each piece of content (Playlists or Scenarios).

For example, if your user role is Admin only, you will only see User Admin and Help. Your Home Page is, in effect, User Admin.

If your user role is Learner, within the Available Content library, you will only see Playlists and Scenarios which are in the Approved status. Those will be listed under their respective areas within the Available Content library and are available for you to self-assign.

For user roles of Trainer, Builder, and Manager, you will only see Playlists and Scenarios based on your roles' permissions and the current Playlist or Scenario status. Users who can create Playlists or Scenarios will always be able to see their own content regardless of current Playlist or Scenario status. Additionally, Scenarios and Playlists in the Not Approved (Share with Collaborators) and the Approved statuses will be listed within the Available Content library.

For users with the role of Super User,  all Playlists and Scenarios, regardless of who created such content and regardless of current status, are viewable within the Available Content library.
