Call Won't Start; Simulator Does Not Respond

This article reviews items which could be causing Call Simulator to not respond during a simulation.

 

For the best experience with Call Simulator, please use a wired headset (USB) with a microphone. If you are using a wired headset and you have clicked on the play button to start the simulation, but the Simulator is not responding to your voice, please check to see if your microphone is inadvertently muted on your headset itself.
